Vitality Sport & Rehab, LLC is a privately owned physical therapy practice serving the Clarksville, TN community. Vitality Sport & Rehab is a cash-based practice which means we are currently NOT affiliated with ANY insurance companies to include Medicare. This allows us the opportunity to provide the quality of care needed without the insurance companies dictating what treatments can be performed or how many visits a patient is limited to having. At Vitality Sport & Rehab, we treat a variety of orthopedic injuries with a speciality in spine rehabilitation. We also offer pre-hab and post-operative rehabilitation for rotator cuff repairs, total knee/hip replacements, spinal surgeries, meniscectomy, ACL/PCL reconstruction, etc. We perform injury screenings and sports rehabilitation for active individuals and athletes. Vitality Sport & Rehab takes a special interest in treating active post-partum women with recurrent back, hip, and/or pelvic pain and the female bodybuilding population.
